A friendly Blue Diamond Service Representative will answer your questions and get you back on-line. Be prepared to answer a few questions…we do take identity protection very seriously. You’ll be asked to provide important pieces of information, like your name and account number, plus verification items like driver’s license or Social Security numbers. You may also have to answer a couple of security questions. We need to be very sure that you’re you before we start giving out things like usernames and passwords.
