On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, a clerical error was made by Shazam, a nationwide ACH processor, causing inaccurate automatic deposits and withdrawals affecting accounts on April 25th and April 26th. This error impacted multiple financial institutions, including The First National Bank of Arenzville. We are aware of the transactions and Shazam has resolved all related inaccuracies. No account or customer information was compromised.
