Once you sign up for E-Statements, you will need to authenticate your preferred email from the E-Statement provider via an email link. This email will come from ‘noreply@prosignonline.com,’ and not a First National Bank of Arenzville address. The steps for that process are as follows:

• You will receive an e-mail from noreply@prosignonline.com
• Click Access Documents
• Confirm Identity
• Click send verification code
• Code will come from Epic River
• Type in Code
• Choose Signature type and initials
• Arrow to next page
• Arrow to next page
• Scroll to bottom of page to e-sign
• Save progress
• You’re done!

You will receive an e-mail about setting up a ProSign account. You do not have to set up a ProSign account.
