Card Missing, Stolen, or you suspect Fraud?

Please contact the bank immediately at (217) 997-5585 (Arenzville branch) if you believe your card has been lost, stolen or there has been fraudulent activity on your card. If the bank is not open, call 888-297-3416 to report a lost or stolen card or any fraudulent activity.

Monitor your activity regularly to be aware of possible fraudulent use of your credit card. Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card does not require a thief to be in possession of the card. Unauthorized phone and online transactions can take place without your knowledge even if the card is in your possession.
